New Article on Environmental Factors to be Considered in Power System Operational Planning in Chile
A better understanding of environmental constraints that affect the operation of the power system and their incorporation in the short-term planning processes would lead to more economical and reliable operations. Moreover, the impact of such constraints may be amplified in a context of greater Variable Renewable Energy integration.
